high waiting times for BGs

hello there,
when honorbuddy queues up for random battleground, it sometimes waits up to 4 hours in the queue. but if I queue up manually, it only takes like 10 minutes.
is it because of the bot or because of a WoW-bug?

had someone the same issue and a solution for that?

This is a bug in WoW, but I saw somewhere that HB will auto requeue after x couple of minutes if no BG window has come up. Cant confirm that it will be in the next release though

No hb won't reque, my druid waited over 2 hours in queue. Imo if queue time + 20 minutes than avg wait time reque.

Average wait time shows when you queue for a bg.
