High lantency ? BD move hardly

BD just move to find road hardly, 1 pause every some steps ( about 5 meters )
and my first hc char in season are dead (70+20 para)

in yestday in day everything is ok, i dont know what happens in the night

update Trinity

set D3 process priority on a higher than normal priority

set back and foreground fps value to 150+ (D3 settings)

any antivirus enabled?
