High FPS lag when using DB with Vmware, I must be doing something wrong.

What am I doing wrong? It must be something stupid.

Computer Specs

Core I-5 2500k overclocked to 4ghz
8GB RAM
Evga 560 TI Graphics card

On the VMware computer I have it set up to be able to use all 4 cores, and I gave it 4 gigs of ram. I have all setting on minimum for D3.

Everything runs fine until I go to do anything on my computer, play SC2, Photoshop, pretty much anything I do will lock up for 5-10 seconds then go back to normal, then repeat.

Attached is the DB log, if you need any other info let me know and I will get it for you ASAP. Thanks for any and all help.

Try assigning 2 cores and 1.5 ram, under Edit/Preference/Memory first try "Allow most virtual machine memory to be swapped."

This seems to have fixed the problem, thanks a lot. I could not find the setting for "Allow most virtual machine memory to be swapped." but it seems to be working and not lagging just by only giving it 2 cores and 1.5g of ram.
