Hiccups

I am using Fishingbuddy and I don't know if it's HB itself, but it's causing WoW to hiccup so to speak. It's going from about 89 FPS to 40 FPS and constantly bouncing between around those two numbers. I'm surprised it's still doing a good job catching fish with it freezing every half a second. Anyways, runs fine when I stop the bot, but the moment I start it, the hiccups begin. I just recently updated to the most recent update as well today. I'll go ahead and attach a log as well in case maybe that can give whoever has an answer a better look into it. Thanks.
