hi i need help!!

hi all.
like the title i ned help...
every time i launch every profile, when i come back i found my char disconnected 'cause was stukked.....and i dont understand why..
Someone can help me to understand and maybe fix?
i've updated every plugins with ezupdater but the result was the same.
