You should have a plugin called trinity, make sure it's enabled.

If it is, is the bot still not picking up items? ( they are probably below what it picks up ilvl wise ), go to the config tab on the plugins page with trinity selected, then on one of the tabs it will have a place for magic/rare/legendary items and an Ilvl beside them, change all that to a lower number you wouldn't care to pick up and it'll start picking up more items and stashing or selling those it doesn't keep.
