Hi Guys, I want to farming ACT2 with Barb,How much I need to pay in AH?

I can run act 2 with 0-2 DPH however that's because I made a mistake while buying gear and have way too much defense and only 15k DPS. I managed to build my gimp setup for 1.2 mill, so I'm reckon if you are smarter than me you can build some effective farming gear for 5 mill or less... Anyway, back to act 1 till I can afford to fix my mistakes
Potherox I have tried act2 on my monk and he dies 3-4 times a run.
I wish you would post your gear setup and dps.
and yes for those asking about gear I never die in act 1 and blow thru it as fast as 12rs can carry him.
but in act2 he dies to any type of wall, enhanced damage group and gold wall chrs throwing 4-8 sentrys he is toast.
I have over 1200 resist BUT like the other person said my dps is only 17K so he takes too long to kill.
my barb who does only 19K dps but has 31% crit chance and 200% crit damage is way different.
before the 1.04 nerfs he could do act2, now he doesn't stand a chance...NERF???? I can't see this big 1.04 nerf
nerf to the class yes, nerf to the mobs, yes they nerfed their life a little but the other bs they have was buffed in my opinion.
my buddy who also bots act2 and 3 (his opinion) if you don't do 30K dps quit.
If you buy on the AH most people buy the wrong stats, they either stack vitality or resist and forget about other stuff.

44000hp, 70k dmg, 900 AR, 5,8% LS, 900 LoH. Standard cyclone monk build, but with MoE: backlash. I cant remember crit and critdmg on the top of my head
May i add that i have avoidance off, this helps a ton for me because of this: As a monk you are teleporting with FoT every so strike, assuming high dps we know rare packs drop health globes at 50% and 0% therefore I stacked 13yd pickup inorder to pick the globes up instantly and heal up, so yes I am face tanking beams, fire, frozen etc but I sustain via the globes and my high dmg output. I know this is messy to any non monks and I apologize, writing good and constructed from a phone is very hard!
My barb run act 2 fine with no death at all (maybe once per 2-3 hours), here's his stats and skill:
Frenzy - Maniac
revenge - provocation
leap - iron impact
battle cry - impunity
rend - blood lust
battle rage - marauder's rage
superstition - tough as nail - ruthless passive.
Skill really depend of your gear, Tough as nail was giving more armor to me than nerves of steel so you should try it out. I had enauft gear to survive quite well so I didn't pick both armor passive and went for a dps inscrease. Some people prefer to go with earth quake instead of battle rage. Lot more dps vs champion to down them quickly. I just prefer to have a permanant 30% damage inscrease since something you'll face 2 champion pack close to each other and earthquake won't be up. The permanant 30% damage help your rend damage to keep you alive even more. Some people also use overpower with the 35% damage reduction rune which help a lot to keep you alive... as I said just try it out and take the skill you prefer

45k hp (with war cry)
1k-1.1k all resist
18k dps unbuffed (28k with rage + 5 stack of frenzy)
9.4k armor
20% block chance
600 LOH
18% critical chance
205% critical damage
My gear isn't really that great, I might have spent like 8M or 10M max, you should probably aim for more than 20% block but remember to take a Ilevel 63 shield for the 3700-4700 block damage.
1 more really important thing that I figured and didn't saw anywhere else on this forum is to equip follower (enchantress) with as much dps as you can. In act 2 there's those stupid "bee" that keep runing everywhere and shooting slow projectile but the current bot/gilescombatreplacer try to avoid every projectile so with 3-4 bee shooting at you your bot might just avoid everything and don't attack at all. I equiped my enchantress so she could pull out 4.5k dps so if my barb is too busy avoiding all projectile she can kill some. This will just save you some time while running act 2

70k dps sounds really heavy if unbuffed... i have decent crit/crit-damage and a weapon which brings such dps would be like 1+k damage/sox/crit-damage/dex and is not affordable...

It is all about high crit + critdmg and the dps rises like insane, though I know what to look for these days, I aim for high dex which boosts the dps more than people think,

Sometimes I change paricism to the dodge% with 1handers.
It is 70k dps unbuffed yes, it is nothing really these days with monks hitting 130-150k unbuffed. High dex, high crit%, high critdmg does the trick. My weapons only give 900 dps each

monk here 80m spend 220% base mf , destroys act3 with about 4-8 deaths / hr

Those are very good stats, but I think you would be hard pressed to gear that up for 50M. I'm guessing you have two weapons with crits and a socket? Those gems alone are over 7M each for the 90% crit ones.
I use the 80% ones, anyway I spent alot of the time sniping these items and I know where to cut of millions of gold in cost of gear (looking for stats people dont react that much to), it is very easy and took me a week to gear my monk so-so. Once you hit 2300++ dex the dps starts shooting pretty high, obviously along with your high crit, critdmg and ias.
