Hi, couple questions before I buy Honorbuddy. What do "sessions" mean?

So I'm planning on buying the basic honorbuddy which sells for ?24.99 (~$30 USD).

It says it's a 1 year subscription but it also says 1 session? What does this mean?
For the RAF subscription, it says 5 session. If someone can please let me know what this means thanks.

5 sessions = 5 HB's running on up to 5 bots at the same time.
