Google translator is failing horribly, as it does on occasion.
If your question is about the Legion expansion...
Yes, there are plans for Honorbuddy to support it. We've updated Honorbuddy for each expansion to date. We never give out ETAs, and will not say how long the anticipated 'down time' will be.
If you prefer, the Buddy forums contain a number of language-specific sub-forums. Each of the sub-forum moderators is a native-language speaker:
