You should only buy from an official company. Getting keys from other sources might be a risk.
Offgamers.com is fine. For every buy you get points which make your next buy cheaper. I use it quite often end every couple of weeks I have enough points to get keys for free.
Never had problems so far.

just search ownedcore or elitepvpers for the chinese resellers with the most reputation, biggest threads. They are pretty safe and it just takes a few minutes to get the trade done.
