Sure missed db community, after some break from d3 i decided to get back to it. I can already see some sweet improvements to the bot, things are much simpler now to set up :D
I was wondering what are the best classes/builds for botting atm ?
I heard wizards are a nono for botting should i look for other classes ? Are monks and dh still the way to go or there are some better builds going ?

Post ur builds and xp/h, and let me see if i can top it in s9 :D

Also, are custom combat routines still the thing or the default ones are supporting most popular/end game builds ? If using altered combat routines i would really like to take a look at it :D Sure missed the fun of tweaking min resource requirements and time delays lol :D

Solo, you'll be pretty set with a Crusader for both GRifts and T13s, Season 9 gives us Invokers, which is great for Thorns builds, and it'll allow you to continue progressing onto better gear, that said, Barbs are reasonablly good also for fast T13 clears and GRift EXP grinds. They're only the two I focus on, however Monks are more than likely the best candidate, they're fast, powerful, and can be used in the Meta, if you choose to indulge in that area.

All builds that are supporter will be included within the Trinity Routine section, but if a new build comes about, I am sure it'll be added at some point, right now we're nearing the end of S8, so we're in some what of a limbo, probably best to grind some mats and such for non seasonal, and read about S9 and techniques to level quickly.

guys can this bot do the quest that gives you cube ? you know the act 5 kanai quest, seems rather boring to do it by hand :D

No, not at this time. What is 5 minutes of your time that you cannot take out of your day to do this? And its in Act 3

You mean season 9 is cru the king?

when yes, with what build?

I will start next season with 4 monks as I did in season 8. This is due to their combination of:
Easy/Fast Gearing
LTK Speed build that can do T13 rifts under 4 minutes.
Raiment Generator and LTK builds are both viable for solo and group play doing speeds and GR pushing
Best class for ZDPS group play.
Easy Set Dungeon
Overall easiest class to complete season journey/stash tab on.

Top classes IMO:

Crusader is top for SOLO bot play.
Top SOLO GR pushing build (LoN Bombardment).
Very efficient speed build that is nearly identical to DPS build. Easy to swap back and forth for game modes.

Not place in current GROUP META... This is a SOLO only class (I have tested it for 2 seasons)
Most difficult class to fully gear as you need about 300k thorns, all ancient legendary items.

Monk is first for GROUP play and general diversity. Second for SOLO Play.
LTK and Raiment Generator are both viable GR pushing builds for SOLO or GROUP play.
Second best DPS class for GROUP play.
Very fast and efficient at both high and low torment levels
Primary class for group ZDPS (heal monk or stun monk)
Pretty easy to get geared

Will top out on SOLO GR pushing before the 'Sader.

WitchDoctor is third
Three good META builds and a speed build.
Top DPS class for GROUP play
Easy to gear due to build choices.
Speed build is basically a weapon/offhand swap out of other builds.

SOLO builds can be squishy and thus prevent competing with Sader/Monk for GR pushing without amazing gear.
Speed build not as fast as Sader or Monk in higher torments.

Wizard is fourth
S9 will introduce the Lightning Wizard. Might not be much better than current fire builds.
S8 has 2 Archon builds that work pretty well.
Wand of Woh speed build is among the most enjoyable to watch and play.
Places above DemonHunter and Barb due to higher DPS of bottable builds.
Primarily limited to Archon play for all builds..
Not the best in GROUP play when compared to the DPS or utility of Monk/WD

DemonHunter
Good variety of builds in S9. Bringing back Marauder's, etc.
UE build is a botting staple that is among the fastest and most consistent speed builds in the game.
The META LoN build is not easy for botting due to the mechanics but can be modified with CHC/low health instead of utilizing set item for CHC.
Favorite class to watch when bot is running.

Not involved in GROUP play picture at all.
Not in the top GR pushing realm due to squishy vs. DPS
Can't compete with monk and sader for speed T13 runs.

Barbarian
This might move up depending on how good the Whirlwind buffs turn out on release.
Furious Charge and LeapQuake builds are good. Whirlwind is somewhat viable currently.
Ignore Pain and other ZDPS/Support skills make it a staple in the GROUP META.
Several ZDPS builds that can be tailored to group needs.

Not viable in groups for DPS
Lower rung for high GR pushing.
DPS on the available builds does not stack up to most other classes.

In terms of the Kanai's Cube quest, torment level doesn't do anything to help you. Set the game to normal difficulty. Put on all your speed gear/skills/gems. Even if you're just running yellow items and no sets it's a cake walk. Just run through everything until you get to the end. I do it mindlessly while staring at the mini-map and watching youtube.
