I hear people saying the best way to bot is using the "mixed" setting instead of grind or quest. I was wondering, what does mixed do, and can any profile use the mixed setting?

Mixed is grinding and PvPing.

And you choose a grind profile for the Mixed mode - it will automatically use the PvP profile selected for the battleground you enter.

I also like using IB and a grinding profile, cause then when your done with the instance, you start grinding

The bot will keep queing for either random dungeons or the dungeons that you select you want it to que for. But at this point it's still in the development phase; it can be used but it's not as close to perfect as it's gonna get.
I'd say the mixed mode is the best way to level right now, esp on weekends. But when the questing and instance bot gets 'fixed' that will be it.

Certain instances will work flawlessly with IB and some dont, i just queue certain ones specifically that i know won't need any help from me then it will finish the instance with no issues.

If you are looking for a method with the least likely chance of detection (flagging of your account for killing x# of mobs or w/e) I'd switch between IB, grind bot (sparingly) questing and gathering. With IB it will queue automatically for certain instances for you, but like someone said it has issues with some of the instances so you will have to disable them in the settings.. and the best way of course is to make your own profiles, especially if you're on a high pop server or battle group (for pvp). Oh and Recruit a friend! I forgot about it, when I used it my guys leveled so fast that I would have to make myself not bot so they didnt raise any suspicion.. (lol)
