Hero is invalid, error in handle target- not fixed!

I thought i fixed this problem but no it has come back it was working for 3 days or so i wake up this morn to a window on diablo saying you have been kicked due to inactivity it ran for an hour last night ffs need help i dont know what it is now got rid of everything db related and it is still there

funny i changed to my monk last night that when i stuffed up in the morn on my monk i changed back to my dh and np at all wtf ? its still goin now seems to be any other character stuffs it other then the one u mainly use and the one u was on when you did a fresh install well thats what it feels like to me idk
