Herb/Mining late at night

Is it just me or do the herb/mining nodes just spawn unbelievably slow after a certain hour at night? Is it due to the cross realm zoning or what? I'll be lucky to get 1 node in 2 - 5 minutes.

on 2 gatherers EU I get:
Jade Forest: 180-200 nph
Mega profile: 160-180 nph

and on US:
Jade Forest: 125 nph
Mega Profile: 80 nph

dk/druid, mist percing goggles, 310% fly speed. Weird!

right now, i've been botting for 1hour 40 mins, ive only gotten 60 nodes... Wheras i get around 200 an hour during the day time.

My theroy is the more people in the zone the faster the spawn rate
