Help!!!!

when i open diablo and demonbuddy everythings works fine, I can log in and it flashes window with no problems, I can load my profile and change any plug in settings. Then when i hit start nothing happens, I can click nothing in demonbuddy at all, I have to go to task manager to kill the program. when I log in to buddy auth portal to kill the session to try again I noticed that under key used it says temp disabled, so i killed it and started again to see if it says that before i close the program and it says the same thing, under key used tab Temp disabled. my key does not expire in tell 9/11/2013 7:22:35 AM, so I dont know why it would be disabled. I have done a clean install in the last 20mins and still does not work any help to get this working again would be great.
 
i think ur problem is same like mine.. my friend say after hit START it will come new tab. on this u will choose the routine for. but mine hang after hit the Start on DB.. any solution?
 
it worked fine 2 weeks ago but my comps fan died and it took me a while to get around to changing it out, now that its up and running again when i opened bot it said there was an update so i did it and now bots not working it just sits there and does nothing
 
Do a complete reinstall of DB, work wonders for me when I get a corrupted DB.
 
its still not working doing same thing and kayes see the last sentence in first post clean install doesnt help
 
installed both and ran second also windows is fully up to date and still not working.
 
SO I got home tonight from work and their was a windows update for the C++ you had me install and my bot is running as we speak thx for all your help tony
