I can seam to download it
I have a buddy store acct but when I click on obtain for free it don't do anything

You don't need to download anything. After you click obtain for free, go to My Purchases and be sure status is enabled.

If you download profiles, start HB, profiles -> from buddystore and they should be there.

Combat Routines and Plugins auto show when you start HB.

If you look in "My Purchases" in the Buddy Store, you will see columns of colored boxes that will be either red or green, and they will say either "Enable" or "Disable" in them. When the product is "Enabled" the box will be green and you will see the word "Disable" in the green box. That means it's on and working with HB. If you see a red box with the word "Enable" in it, then that means it's turned off and not working with HB.

Ensure that the products you want to use have a green box that has the word "Disable" in it, then you will be able to use them in HB.
