my Q. is how to add pluings . can some one help me plz with pictuers and numbers where i go and what i press ?

my 2nd Q. is how to copy some pluings and make it works .?

plz no need some one to troll on me coz really really i'm noob ...

open plugin editor.... copy ~ paste the script... save it, compile it.. open plugin management, play it.

it's not shows on pluing mangement idk where is the mistake can u help me ? if you have skype or TS i'll be thankfull for u

By default your plugin folder containst 3 plugins. They should display in Plugin Manager when you enter game with ArcheAge client
So
1) Start ArcheBuddy
2) Start ArcheAge from ArcheBuddy Account Manager
3) Enter game
4) Look for Plugin Manager

we do have plugins for gathering, check that out. But it still incomplete, coz that skip fortunas vein. but worth to try if you want to try
