Help with Tuanha Profiles

Hi im coming back to wow and i had his profiles before he merged them to the store i remember an automated email going out when he sent out the keys to link
them to the buddy store but im trying to recover my account on his site and i keep getting invalid email any way somebody can contant him for me ;( ?

Wait... So he is no longer updating his profiles? Or he isn't interacting with customers? This concerns me a little, considering someone like me spent money to buy all of his profiles.

No not at all, he still works on hb crs he just has other projects that take his priority

He will not respond until you keep hounding him. At least from my experience. I sent him two emails waited at least 2 months and got nothing. I also messaged him in Skype while he was online and got nothing. A week went by and and still no response. So finally I got angry and told him via Skype in all caps (raging) that I paid for a full package bla bla bla and he finally responded five minutes after .

I came back after the first ban wave last year and his products was finally up on the store. Emailed him and sent me a Key for the complete package which I had purchased like 3 years ago. Took less than 3 hours for me.
