Help with starting

I just purchased Honor Buddy and am slightly confused on how to get started. I am a level 37 Human Rogue.
I didn't know whether I just clicked start or that was it, or I needed to download some plugins and profiles, all of it seems quite confusing to me and I tried some guides and not much seemed to help. I got kicks 1-100 profile but didnt know how to load it up.

Just tried a couple things and am getting errors, like halt quest behaviour or something. And moving to quest position and then nothing happening.
Just in general wanting to know what is the best to use, profile, plugins etc. And how to use it. Thanks.

Since I bet you haven't downloaded any combat routines you probably use singular combat routine.

Now, you probably want to "grind" or level.. on the dropdown menu (upper right corner) select the Questing Bot and then click on "Load Profile" on the tab underneath. Select "From Buddy Store" or however you downloaded Kick's Profile.

If you did it via Buddy Store, a new window should pop up with all the profiles. Select Kick's 1 - 100, got to Classic and select [A - Quest] 1 - 58 [Kick], and then probably the 12 - 58 profile.
Load it.

Press start.

If just using this how how long can I leave it on for, and is it likely I will get banned? And what other things do you advise I use to make it less likely?
