Help With Purchase

I am posting this here instead of sending a support ticket because support RARELY answer and give vague answer... I have been constantly trying to purchase a demonbuddy key one month one session with PayPal ( the only payment way I can use) and EVERYTIME the payment goes through, about 30 minutes later, I get an email saying at my request (which is false) that the payment has been CANCELLED and VOIDED.... This is happening every single time and I can't even purchase this. I have tried many times. Now, when I checked my bank account I got a random deduction AFTER it was cancelled... here is the information: Mar 4, 2017 20:12:57 EST

I seriously don't know what to do since support won't even help in the slightest and I have never had such an annoying problem and no help is given..
