Help with installing HB on fresh Windows

Got Fresh instal of Windows 7 pro, there's no framework nor redistributable on this system, what exactly should I download and install / in what order to ensure everything will work? (including HBRelog)


Asking because I've been reinstalling framework / redistributable countless time for past couple of days, using HB installer too and couldn't get this thing to work no matter what.
 
i cant tell you what your going to need to do to setup HBRelog since i didnt program it i wouldnt be able to tell you how to set it up.

as far as the bot.

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
 
its not the same thing. the buddywizard installs all (most of all) the missing frameworks you need, it basically has a list and it checks. however that one is still there because users have reported problems with it not being installed so thats why its there. just repair it.
