Help with installing a profile

So I would like to use this skinning profile:

[PB] Skinning 1-525 Ally + Horde [Updated for 5.0.4]

But I don't know how to install it correctly..

I posted on that forum, but got no help so maybe someone can help me here. Thanks

first of all you need to install PB

and then you can just load the profile

When I follow the install instructions i dont see professionbuddy on the drop down
