Help with GB

Hello

First off, for 1 day ago it said something "Attempting Authorization
AttemptAuth: FAILED!, and something with NOT PAID"

So I tried to buy a new GB session +30 days. And I cant loggin to the Shop page with my current Login, so I retrieve my PW and changed it, still doesnt work(?)
And I do that 3-4 times then I gave up.. Tried the same again today and still doesnt work.
And today I still cant loggin to the shopp page and now when I try to run GB it only says
"Attempting Authorization
AttemptAuth: FAILED!"


And now it says "You have exceeded the allowed login attempts, your account has been temporarily locked."

Please help me..
So can someone help me with this and fix this
