Help with changing lfr raids to normal raids

So i was reading you can do a bit of scripting to change the LFR raids into normal raids by changing the raid id in C:\Users\User\Documents\Honorbuddy\Dungeon Scripts\Mists of Pandaria\Raids
and also you need to change name class so HB will see it. I have no clue what im doing and i could use a bit of help.

Change the dungeon Id to the normal version of the raid.
You may need to also update the .xml files to reflect a normal raid, rather than LFR because they are segmented in honorbuddy.

You may also need to set honorbuddy to farm mode as well.

How do i find out what dungeon id im in?
And when i set the raid to farm theres nothing to select

used to be, you would start dungeonbuddy while in the instance and hb would throw and error saying, 'there is no script for this dungeon id' and you would use that id, and it would be for like one wing of flex. so you would have to change ids and make scripts for each wing.

now raids would have their own changing id, so you would have to find the id for the raid you were in that week.

with flex style added, im interested in seeing how they assign raid ids. if normal and heroic would be a set number like lfr, im not sure, someone else might.

does any1 know if this works for normal SoO? Since gearing in bgs is a joke now due to queue times and shitty honor gains, i have 10 accounts could i Run soo normal or w/e it isnt for gear as 10 man t eam?
