help with a spriest CC

i need a help to do some cc
I believe that someone more experienced will have no problems in doing so
I've read and I've tried, but I do not understand programming, failed

im a shadow priest and i need a cc to farm
i would like this cc do just one spell - mind sear - all the time mind sear!
i'll be grateful if someone could help me
