here's the issue. you ether need to reformat your machine or find another one to use the bot on, your windows install is too messed up to be able to run the bot.
if you already paid then you can e-mail here. [email protected] for a refund, make sure to include a full log as an attachment.
fix your pc, we're not tech support we cannot walk you though the lengthy process of reformatting your machine to get it to work properly.
