Help translate this message please

Trying to start my Russian client on US server, getting this message. When I press ok it closes D3 and tries to restart it but crashes in the process. Anyone able to translate this?

It says you need to patch the game, BUT the Ru patch isnt coming through. No I dont speak Russian, but i know that screen lol.

Could it have anything to do with patch 1.04 not being pushed for Europe till tomorrow?
