Basically what I want to do is run 2 bots on one computer without using VMware. Yes I have searched the forums yes I have seen a lot of posts NO I HAVE NOT found the answers I am looking for. Almost everything I have found or read is (this is what I am doing) not (this is what I am doing and how I am doing it).

Questions I would like answered:

1. How are people running different D3 windows on the same computer with different IP addresses. Can this be done without using VMware.
2. Is it really a big issue to change mac addresses if the two windows already have different IP addresses.
3. Have two users on my computer and fast user swapping enabled so can I run two different Diablo 3 with different Client IDs? Do I have to make two different installs of Diablo 3? If so what is the easiest way to have two completely different installs on the same computer through different users?
4. If I have to use VMware is there an actual guide to the above concepts or would you mind just posting in here a quick guide the the above using VMware.

I've donated to people in the past if their help actually lead to that which I sought.

ok, first off i don't bot D3 but i plan to soon. i bot other games.

you need to get familiar with vmware workstation. download the free trial and check it out. it is very useful.

to get multiple ip addresses you can get v.p.n.'s or you can get multiple ip addresses from your isp by getting business class internet service which usually costs double or triple what regular internet service costs.

I already have a V.P.N. I just don't see how that one program equates to multiple IP address for each window of D2. Can two different users on the same computer run V.P.N.s giving each user a different IP address? Secondly I really don't want to use VMware I was hoping there was a way of running two D3s on two different users on the same computer while having different client IDs. It is what I use to do in the early days of D2.

a virtual machine is just like a regular computer. it is basically a computer within a computer. so the virtual machine can be assigned its own ip address or have its own v.p.n.

even if you could accomplish what you want it would be much more complicated than using virtual machines and i would never trust it. since it is still on the same computer and same hardware id's etc plus i think with d3 even the installation folder has unique identifier stuff in it.

If the folder itself has identifier stuff in it how does VMware help at all then considering that according to this guide http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...1741-guide-vmware-d3-they-way-shoud-done.html all you do is load D3 over the network using the same D3 already installed and just delete the User key. If you are indeed trying to say the folder itself has identifying information then this method would be useless as well.

The people with tinfoil hats want you to feel paranoid. Simple fact is people who run VMware get busted just like those who do not. Those running on several IPs get busted just like those running on 1. It is called hit or miss. They either hit you or miss you.

Sadly I know from my many years botting that there is a lot you can do to get banned faster. I am just trying to learn what I can do now cause setting up the first time is the hardest. I would rather do all I can from the beginning than nothing at all.

I have to agree on this one. Just check the banned section most of them are vm users and some are none vm's. Its called luck, just always expect that you will be banned someday so it will not hurt much.

So i guess bot full force (24/7) and use one ip and go as long as u can without getting a ban? Cause everyone does eventually?

there are ***** utilities that can hook the process, and tunnel it over a socks connection, although i cant remember the names off the top of my head. etherway to me i might not be worth it.

The ID is in the registry not in the folder.
So you can use a different client ID on each VMware guest.

by using a virtual machine with a different ip address with a fresh install of the game it is a totally different and totally unrelated account on totally different hardware id and mac address and computer.

you can do whatever you want but i would never intentionally screw myself by having stuff on the same computer/vm/ip. that way when i get banned i don't have to speculate about linkage like that.

also i don't know if it is in the same folder, by doing things this way i don't even have to care or speculate if it is in the same folder.
