Help purchasing a key

@pushedx or any buddy team member

Do you know if whoever can actually fix this is aware that there is some issue and is looking in to it yet? It appears this isn't a wide spread problem but a decent amount of people are experiencing it. I've seen various posts in other bot sections of people having the same problem and I'm sure not everyone experiencing it is posting about it. I haven't seen anyone that has heard back from support after putting in a ticket about it yet, myself included.
 
The Tor Browser worked; thankyou.

So...is it something about scripts on the other browsers (I can't imagine Tor is less secure)? Something about the ip's we're paying from?

I was able to purchase my first 3 keys with no problem. The next day I tried to buy another key without any changes to my browser or anything on my computer and was unable. It's definitely just an issue on their side.
 
I got a response to my ticket; it says it's a known prob that should be fixed in the next day or two and is associated with USA credit cards (and, since I used PayPal on one of the attempts, I would say USA-based PayPal as well). Since Tor insta-fixed it and was routing me through France at the time, I'm thinking the payments from US IPs are getting some kind of special treatment.
 
Nothing... Nothing works for me! Not even TOR with "enabling Javascript functionality on all pages". :(

If you're still having issues, please contact Front Desk Support, because there's nothing I can do or anyone else here on the forums unfortunately.

I'm in the same boat. I've purchased 6+ keys in the past with no issues but now I keep getting a Failure.
 
Has any US buyers had any luck yet buying keys? I got a 1-2 day ETA on it being fixed and it is still not working almost a week later. Seems the issue has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks? I never thought I would have to try so hard to get someone to take my money lol.
 
most likely they just dont want business? o.o seems that way, Also been waiting a while.
 
I posted on the 27th that I was having the same problems so I opened a support ticket to which they responded that they were working on it and it would take a few days. I tried to purchase a key again on the 28th and it went through. I used Chrome, no proxy, and paid with PayPal. And I'm located in Texas.

Pretty weird.
 
I was also able to grab a key on the 28th, however haven't been able to buy anymore since then. Really kicking myself for not buying all I wanted when it actually worked lol.
 
This issue still exists, US: paypal and cc tried. Both failed multiple times.
 
I can buy you guys the key if it's not against the rules.
