[Solved] Help purchasing a key

I've been trying to purchase a new subscription key since the new beta build was released a few days ago. I've tried using my credit card, my debit card, and have even tried through paypal as well. Each time it is unsuccessful and there is no reason given as to why the transaction is failing. Is anyone else having issues purchasing a key?

There really has to be a reason, in most cases your CC is disabled or doesnt have enough currency ?
Maybe a screenshot or copy paste of the error would help us

There is no error given. It looks like the transaction tries to go through and then the page goes completely blank and the URL has the words failed in it. I have plenty of money in all my accounts.

did you ever refund anything through buddy?

I've never refunded anything. I own keys for some of the other products as well and have never had any issues with purchasing a key before.

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate the fact that you personally replied. I managed to convince a friend to purchase it for me. I still don't know why I couldn't do it myself, but I have it now and I'm loving it!

I have tried to purchase a key as well and also receive an error.

• Changing browser (Chrome -> IE)
• Different payment methods
• Changing address book information in Paypal

Sorry guys, not sure why there's random issues with this. I'll try asking support again, but not sure if there's anything they can do as the issue might be happening on the payment provider side.
