Help PlZ! Trying to purchase DBuddy 25 euro with visa/debit card no luck :(

ive tryed several times now to purchase a 1 session 1 year trial of demon buddy and it keeps telling me there was a problem with the transaction i use my card on alot of other sites and works just fine. could some1 help me out?
