@Biggster - Honestly, why are you trying to hard for botting, doesn't matter what setting you have, you will be banned eventually once you log into the account using your phone.

No the bot does just run out more, or rather catch more pokemon probably. I never ran out before. Now, it has to stop to get balls to catch pokemon. Because it is catching pokemon a lot more fequently. I still get good exp with it having to loot and catch.
I've been for a while and logged into my phone multiple times.. It doesn't matter. The bot just catches more pokemon. More show up. It doesn't loot pokestops as frequently, because they updated all the issues with the timers. So, unless you make it pause between catching pokemon or make it stop after so many catches, your bot will run out and have to get more to catch more.
