Help Please. Running WoW 32 but HB giving error# 17371

Hello all. I am using the latest US HB test from http://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/131699-honorbuddy-v2-5-7857-658-a.html

I log into WoW 32bit, run up HB I get the error of Build#17371.... "There are 64b WoW processes running and Honorbuddy only works with 32b version".
I checked Task Manager, it even says WoW 32. What am I doing wrong?

I also used the HB Launcher with appropriate locations: 32 and HB. Same error.

Hi, Fresyes559,

From your log...

"There are 64bit WoW processes running and Honorbuddy only works with 32bit version.
Please use the Launcher in Honorbuddy folder to launch the game and Honorbuddy."​

First, use the task manager to terminate ALL copies of the WoWclient. We want to make certain there is not one minimized, or vestiges hanging around.

Then, do this:

• Launch the WoWclient by double-clicking the Honorbuddy.Launcher.exe file provided by Honorbuddy
• Wait for the WoWclient to launch
• Log in on the toon you want to play
• Observe the toon standing in the gaming world
• Then, launch Honorbuddy

@ Chinajade: Thank you so much for your response. I followed your direction and it worked!

But the thing is, I did almost exactly what you said, especially about waiting until I was ingame before launching HB. And I restarted my computer each time I was making a fresh attempt... so WoW was running just one time at 32b. Ugh... oh well, that's another troubleshoot thread lol. At least I'm back to playing/botting.

Since you have the same problem, I assume the same solution works for you?

If not, please make your own post in the Support forum, and be certain to attach the full log that captures the issue.
