Help PLEASE Custom CC

Im not new to honorbuddy but i am new to creating cc's i need help with making a custom cc for a frost, arcane, and fire mage. i know there are plenty out there but all i want is this cc to spam arcane blast and frost nova when its up. but mainly just spamin arcane blast.. any help would be appreciated. like i said i dont know what im doing when creating a cc

if anyone could.. make a cc called explosion and have it just spam arcane explosion... this is going to take a wile for me to get used to and into... if anyone knows and can make it fast pls help me out
