D3 starts to crash ever since i updated to the latest db version and latest trinity. Tried a clean d3 install and a clean db re-install but none of it helps. Anybody else having the same problem as i do?


Not sure if this is the correct log file, but i tried uploading the 3 latest log file in my folder and only 1 appeared.

Anyway this is the whole log file ive got.. hope it helps.


This is the 3rd edit... Im very sure DB has issues with d3 client, for the past few hours i have uninstalled d3 fully and as well as DB and did a fresh installation of both, but the problem of d3 crashing right after i start the bot still persist. I do hope it can be solved. Followed the troubleshooting on the support sticky on solving db crashes but still it doesnt help. Im in no hurry to resume botting as i can play the game myself, but being a paying customer, i sincerely hope some technical assistance would be provided to help me solve the issue. Thx alot.

we need a full set of log files
 
full set of logs meaning the whole log folder? cos i just re-installed and the old files were deleted
 
make a new DB instlaltion from scratch and do not use nay 3rd party plugins

make sure you are on latest Trinity build as well
 
just download db new and use it, it will work, i had the same problem after the update.
 
I uninstalled db, reinstalled the latest db without any additional plugins and this is the latest log report from the crash. Thx

Look, whenever i'm on the latest trinity.17 version, the game still crashes but the error log shows nothing at all. My latest log files with the latest trinity version and the latest db is attached below.

Sorry Tony, but clearing the mpq cache folders don't seem to work. I'm suspecting it has got to do with the latest version of DB for me. Is there any way you can provide me a link to download the previous version of DB so at least this way i can confirm if the crashing is related to the new DB version. Thx
 
well i cant reproduce what you are describing as a bug tho

also its not recommended to use older builds
 
I don't know what went wrong too, cos i was botting well and suddenly after i updated my DB to the latest version, the crashing starts coming and can't be fixed at all. I know its not recommended to use older versions but still its an alternative way to double check and confirm whether is it due to the updated version of DB thats causing my game to crash.
 
the one just before this update pls. thx. i will update here again if d3 still crashes
 
Im getting the same problem, yesterday it was running fine and now the game is crashing everytime i start demonbuddy.
Game is working well when playing manually but firing up demonbuddy crashes the game. And errorlogs are completely empty.

I've clean installed DB and D3.

Windows is giving me this:
