[Help] Creating a Space key plugin

Hello all, i want to ask if any coder can make me a simple plugin that press space key every 10 minutes.... why? i will explain

Im rafing atm.. 85 prot paladin at icecrown with 2 more chars sitting eating some popcorn and waiting to hit 80 but the problem is i only have one session so if i could get a plugin that really "pressed" space every 10minutes i could be afk and not being babysitting the bot all time... oh and im using pwnboxer too with only one key mapped that is space so when space is pressed due to pwnboxer all chars jump so afk goes away

Lets explain what i need:

1- Simple plugin that press space key every 10 minutes. (only the coder for this )
2- Have pwnboxer with space key mapped (Did myselft)
3- Using pwnboxer with 3 wow's linked so when 85 (Main char) jump's (but order of plugin "space key pressed") the 2 other char's (that stays on roof) jump too (did myself)

if they were already afk or you manually did it and then turned on the plugin then it wouldn't have worked, simple way is .Space but with a timer outside the Pulse function (or it just resets etc)

i closed the bot, initiated with the plugin noone of chars was afk and they went afk because what that plugin that was linked to me does is when main char or the char (only 85 prot pala have HB one because only have one session) checks if he is afk if he is the plugin does something to remove it if not keeps going but i need a plugin for main char that afk or not press space key every 10minutes so when pressed pwnboxer detectes the key pressed and send it to the other 2 chars so they jump and they get the <away> removed .. but since i dont know much about codding i dont know if that its possible/simple to do
