HELP My Bounty Profiles do not work

Can someone please help, my bounty profiles do not work. They just run around and teleport, sometimes they do bounties and sometimes they do not. They will never speak to Orek for my reward, they just leave the game and I lose everything. Other than downloading a working profile I have no Idea what to do and I have know idea what a log file is or where to get it. can I just grab a link to a working profile or something. I was told to just post here:

For me, bounties do not work either.

buy db to do bounties and it does not work, I want my money back.

The bug should be resolved asap.
Why we paid the money and got the buggy product ?
