Help me with some math

Hi! So I'm about to lvl enchantingand jewelcrafting. However I'm gonna prospect, create ornate bands and shadowfire necs and then disenchant them.

50g/stack Ghost Iron Ore

40g/stack Spirit Dust

11g/each Mysterious Essence

20g/each Ethereal Shard

Now, I have summerbreak so I don't remember anything But I don't know how many ornate bands/necs u would get from prospecting 100 stacks. I also don't know the average of how many dusts and essences you get from disenchanting the ornate rings and necks.

Someone help me with this one
