HELP me with buddyauth

hi ,
i want a key , but my last account was last year banned.
now i start over with a new account , but i can't buy a key because

1 i can't register with a new email adres on buddyauth
2 at bossland they want me to fill in a creditcard number on paypal , i don't have a creditcard

how do i get a key

You'll either need a credit card or PayPal to be able to buy one. Your best bet is to get a debit card.
