Are you sure you only have 1 instance of DB running with your key? If so check your processes in task manager and kill anything that says Demonbuddy and then wait a min or so

support staff will ask you to attach your log to your post.
else, go to buddyauth, and kill your current session.

make sure tu run it as admin, and make sure there are no process blocking it (Discord, Afterburner, Antivirus, etc)

Problem solved I have to remove and reinstall everything all then clean my computer with AdwCleaner it works perfectly thank you DBTEAM.
