if you mean HB key? then you should have of got an email with your key? and if you're talking buddy buddyauth.com.. and make an account.

i have the account, but when i go on buddyauth.com the keys are under "unused/inactive" how to activate?

you don't need to activate it. just get HB up put in your key keep password blank and login.
