It keeps saying i have exceeded my daily download limit but i havent downloaded anything! i am logged in but when i click on the download icon it recognizes me as a guest. im not sure why this is but i just dont understand what i am doing wrong! please help!

I have the same problem with Firefox, maybe an addon is interfering. Try using another browser for the download. IE worked for me, Chrome should also work.

Restarting the PC doesn't work for me, it is a persistent issue. Anyway, I would say that just opening another program and clicking on the download link there is far less time-consuming than restarting the PC.
