HELP... Lost WoW account I bought.

Hi All,

I bought a WoW account and I think the person who sold me was recovered his account.
I know there was risky to do this purshase so someone has an idea for get perm ban for this account by blizzard.
I lost my money in this transaction so I want he lost his account too....
Any suggestion? :confused:

Please dont tell me ... DONT BUY ACCOUNT (or anything like that) LoL

You can't really do anything, he can always just claim it was hacked ;)
 
Next time when you buy an account transfer anything of value right off to another account, if you can't afford to do so then be prepared for this sort of thing.
 
During and more so after SoR got the axe, I never understood account buying. All accounts must be merged with a battle.net account. You cannot change the first or last name. You will never be able to provie a CD key or any sort of payment information. It seems like a lost cause to even try. Buying a SoR account when those were around made sense because there were a lot of reputable sellers and they don't have recovery information let alone yourself.
 
You can always write to blizzard saying that the person, sold his account then reclaimed and you think he is gonna do it again. Account selling is a banable offense.
Provide chat logs where you talk about the sell and the details. Picture of the money send and transaction history(i assume you used paypal). If the evidence seems enough a investigation will be done and the account will be banned.

Never buy or sell accounts off people. With honnorbuddy you can have anything you want in less than a month.
 
it was stupid to buy a WoW account in the first place...hope you learned your lesson
 
Yes ive learn my lessson :-) ive try to talk with blizzard so the Gm tell me will investigate on that but he doesnt want any informatin about the sell. I dont think blizz ban this account. :-(

Just a little reminder, that bnet account is now junk don't use it for future accounts and/or botting.

This isn't entirely true.

I bought an account before and luckily for me the previous account holder's name was female. I sent Blizzard an email saying that "I" got married and needed to change my last name to "my husband's". All they required was a photocopy of a picture ID showing "my" new last name - nothing else. So I photoshopped a [insert anonymous state] DL with my real last name and sent it off to Blizz. Within 48 hrs the last name had been changed. Both accounts are still active.

The only thing I couldn't change is the secret question and answer.

you do know that photoshopping a state id is a criminal offence right? (even if only used for trolling bliz)
Its something you can go to jail for. i know its easy to troll bliz with. but it is something i would be really carefull with

in some countrys they are forced by law to do this, if they notice its fake. Not sure how it is in the states. But its definitly not something i would want to risk for a 5 dolllar account :P
But i agree that chance of getting caught is slim
 
you can claim item not described on paypal can you not? or not recieved?
