HELP! Locked out of account!

Someone from the IP 37.59.17.149 is continuously locking me out of my fucking account (Vidars) so I can't log in.

I should note - They aren't actually in my account. They're just guessing the wrong password over and over again so I can't log in.

I'm talking about on the demonbuddy forums. I had to make a third fucking account because every time I try to log in, despite having the right password (I copied and pasted it from the password reset email) I still get locked out of the accounts... What the fuck is going on
