[Help] LevelBotSettings Error at startup

hey, just bought HB and after downloading from here, following the guides to get started with it, started it up to be given 2 errors:

Code: 
 Error - Endscene Hook Failed: Device Not Found

and

Code: 
The type initialiser for 'Styx.Helpers.LevelBotSettings' threw an exception

After looking up the first one it seemed turning my AV and firewall off might help, but it didn't.

And I can't find anything about the second one.
Could anybody lend a newbie a hand please?
No extra profiles or CC's in the folders, running on Windows 7, and at a loss.

**EDIT: Have already checked that my OS is running .NET 3.5 SP1 and even running HB as admin doesnt help

are you on an official wow server?
 
Yep, full retail wotlk account (second one of course), is there anything else i can provide to help? this is bugging me since everyone else gets it running easily apparently ><

**Edit: Both these errors appear as soon as i load HB, i dont even get to login without major hassle, then i cant select profiles or cc's**
 
make sure that all Hb files are under one folder(and not spread on the desktop)
if the files are under a folder make sure that is unprotected(windows)
 
you need to make sure your runnng honorbuddy version 1.9.5.3 or higher.
 
Sorry, still no luck, originally unzipped into /Users/Public, but i just moved them around to a diff hard drive and still the same message.

Yeah CodenameG, its 1.9.5.3 i have, got it from the [STABLE] topic in the hb/gb downloads category.

You need to make sure WoW is not running using OpenGL. You can not use HB when running WoW in OpenGL mode.
