HELP! keeps trying kill dead monster?

i can't provide a log but sometimes when doing questing bot with kicks, i get something like this

Cleared POI - Reason POI is dead from Combat
Cleared POI
Changed POI to:Type: Kill, Name: Marauding Crust Burster
Cleared POI - Reason POI is dead from Combat
Cleared POI
Changed POI to:Type: Kill, Name: Marauding Crust Burster
Cleared POI - Reason POI is dead from Combat
Cleared POI

and it keeps spamming it over and over and it will keep doing that until i restart the bot, it's quite annoying because i don't know when it can occur.. it happens randomly.. which makes afk botting for questing bit tad harder..
only reason i can't do log atm is because i can't find the log.. im running 2 sessions atm, it only shows 1 session log for some reason
