Help I need a setting or ?? for Spirit Vessel

So if youre not familiar WD's use a passive skill called Spirit Vessel and when you take death dealing damage it 'pops' and restores 20% of your life.

It has a 2 minute CD.

Playing HC if it ever Pops i want the bot to Tp and leave game. Is that possible?
