Help getting Honorbuddy to run

I bought my key at basically the same time the servers went down a couple weeks ago. I e-mailed a few times but they were no help and told me to post here. When i try to log in with my key it has an error, and when i log in with my user name/pass it just says authentication failed. What is going wrong or what am I doing wrong?

You want to enter your key on the first line, the second line should be blank

also make sure you have the newest honorbuddy downloaded, previous version might have errors logging in and authenticating due to the previous issues with their authentication servers.
