HELP! Error - Never enter Combat

Hi,
This is the error I get, the Profile is good since I used for previous character/HB version.
I'm using now Lifetime and HB last version.

Most likely a faulty CC, try using a different one, a lot of times some work a lot better than others.
 
I tried also using custom one but nothing changes, can't understand why

windows settings checked? keyboard layout and language in english?
 
Yes, all as usually I did before this.
Sometimes it works (as is doing now).
It stands still and ONLY if I target the first mob it starts moving and fighting.
But not always, often (more than often) it gives me the error posted before.
