[help] EB auto shutdown

how to solve this problem that exilebuddy automatically switches off after runs the exilebuddy and poe atutomatically exits to page of loading.

Your session to the auth server was lost, and as a result, the bot closed. This is a non-EB specific issue, and it's been happening a lot more recently from DDoS attacks, so the server/auth team is looking into it.

I tried Ping EB IP 37.187.151.147 400+ms lost 1-2 everytime
This is not my net problem?
Pls answer me later when the problem fix later
